    I received the ring quickly, however, packaging was not so good. It wasn’t in a box, just wrapped in bubble wrap in a mailing envelope. Looked like someone may have stepped on the package and the ring was bent. I’ve bent the ring back, but now it has sharp points on the inside and need to figure out how to fix it. It would have been better to get it in a jewelers box to prevent that from happening.

    We do not know why the buyer got the item the way they are saying because it is our policy that everything that we ship out is in a box not in a bubble wrap package this is the reason why we never use a bubble wrap package and only us boxes to keep this from happening we are in contact with the buyer as we are wrighting this
