I had a few questions about the Kenwood receiver I was interested in and he promptly answered them. As for shipping, the item was shipped either the day I made the purchase or the following day (I can't remember). Packaging was in overkill mode with all of the foam around the corners and edges. The item was shipped very quickly! The shop owner was very friendly and had packaged everything in an exceptional way and made sure everything was bubble wrapped and supported creatively (I liked the cut up pool noodle on the sides of the TV!).
