And after five of them, they finally did answer and didn’t answer one of my questions that I All I want was the lock fixed on the bracelet And they did nothing to help me all they did was refund my money I waited a month for nothing over a month Now I have no bracelet and Christmas is three weeks away Would never deal with these people if I were you I don’t leave negative feedback

There was a box inside the package, open the box soon as I open the box and took out the pendant pendant was way smaller than it showed on the picture which I was not happy about none of my chains fit through the bail. I paid way too much for the small pendant
