I sent a direct message and they never answered either. Other than that the item arrived in perfect condition, it looks new and I used a coupon PayPal gave me so the price was good too.

Description was 100% accurate to what I received and would 100% recommend and buy from this seller again! Also the shipping was really quick from the mainland to Guam (took less than 4 days).
