These were manufactured to metric specs, thus the hole diameter is specifed as m3, which means any 3mm fastener will fit. They're intentionally m3 because whatever secures them to your mounting surface needs to be as minimally surface-proud and visually discrete as possible for visual presentation. The size is appropriate to any number of readily available small screws or brad nails.
