Not sure if it was soap from previous use or not. Item was in good working condition with no signs of cosmetic damage so overall still a good deal at the selling price of $30. I was able to register it with manufacture for warranty. Overall I’m happy with purchase.

This is not remotely “pristine,” nor does it resemble anything that’s been “professionally tested.” It is unhygienic and completely unfit for use. The listing misrepresents the product’s condition in a way that borders on a health hazard. Local shipping from Brooklyn to Bronx took them 6 days, smh. Would not purchase from this seller again.

I sent a message to the seller, and within 24 hours, received a message clarifying that discrepancy. Their answer made up my mind on purchasing this item instead. The next business day, it was in the mail and received later in the week. Item looks & functions as new. Thank you!
