    Very confused at fisrt,cause they only shipped a small envelope with a piece of paper showing company contact info,number,etc,& the part was shown as being delivered,when it clearly was not delivered..so I contact them,& they then sent me a new tracking # with a later longer wait time,& also took a few days to actually ship item,longer wait time than shown on estimated delivery time posted on search.

    Package was sent relatively quickly but not the 1 day shipping they advertised on the posting (for Florida) Also failed to answer direct messages for several days until i moved to cancel the order and then they sent the item. Having said that the Turbo did worked well and was well packaged and got here quickly once they shipped it (about 3 days later) Overall I would recommend buying from this seller only if you are not in a rush and don't mind getting your messages ignored.
