Everything came in good condition. I was afraid to try it because I thought it was gonna mess up my remote indefinitely. I was at the point, where I was just going to except the condition of the remote I already have, but I decided I have to go and try. The value of this thing is worth more than the bed itself, and its appearance was beautiful. I truly recommend using this repair.

I purchased this kit and was able to do the repair myself. All my remote buttons work now and all for $15.95 !!! This seller is absolutely amazing! His instructions and “how to” video were super helpful. He also answers messages very quickly. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Genius!

I mailed it for repair and they got back to me right away. They were unable to fix it because it was beyond repair inside and they refunded my money. They recommended another remote from another seller that might work. I just appreciate sellers that make thinks right and go the extra mile.

Two ordered items arrived by USPS as stated by seller in a timely manner. Items were well packaged in an additional envelope and an instruction sheet was also enclosed. Have finely been able to replace first pad and instructions were found to be excellent. This pad is now working correctly. To this point I am well satisfied with both product and seller.
