Looked nothing like the listing and could never fit my Bowflex Power Pro. But I tried to message them twice to no reply. Then when I got Ebay involved, it looks like they didn't respond to Ebay either. Happy with Ebay service. They eventually did the return and sent a prepaid label to do it.

I appreciate the immediate refund, but if you no longer have the item in stock, remove the listing. It is very frustrating waiting on something to arrive, only to have to reach out to ebay before receiving any indication that I will not be receiving my item.
