When I had a question for the seller and asked for a phone number, it was sent immediately. Seller was very helpful on the phone. Since the jewelry is made to order, it took a bit longer than anticipated. It was ordered on Nov 6th and delivered on Dec 1st, so allow time if you order something for a special occasion.
