This is a fantastic eBay seller, the item arrived but did not work due to shipping damage. I contacted him and within a short time he refunded me the entire amount. That is above and beyond good customer service!!! Packaging was excellent, accurate description and good value.

The instrument managed to rotate within the box which allowed the corners to be exposed to the box side ... but no problem. The cases of the Sencore's are subject to damage ... thin steel sandwiched between plastic.

Unfortunately the product (printer) was inoperable once it arrived. Notified Seller and they immediately refunded my purchase, tax, and shipping costs. Very honorable Seller, I just would have liked to have had a working product and less inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and Seller stood behind their product without question, and because of that I would buy again from them.
