They refuse to reassure me that I will be able to return this item and have not accepted my return request. They simply keep repeating that the item was working before they shipped it. Coincidentally, the seller does not accept returns. When I contacted eBay about this, they ensured me that this is inappropriate and to NOT open up the subwoofer. eBay is stepping in and the seller still has not approved my return request.
