It shipped quickly but was not packaged well enough to keep it from breaking and was not marked fragile. When it arrived it was in several pieces. After messing the seller pointing this out all they had to say about it was they packaged it properly. Clearly that wasn’t the case. The only thing that kept this neutral instead of negative was the quick refund.
