If I don't receive the order or refund I will never shop on E-bay again.

Seller responded within minutes with a choice of solutions. Very good seller, great communication and very reasonable! I would buy from them again any day. Seller refunded for the broken bowl; the other items in the set were exactly as described and a good quality and great value! I am satisfied with my experience and love the remaining 6 bowls.
