    The gently used item was offered for a great price (even when factoring in shipping costs), and the shipping was lightning fast. The seller was very communicative and quick to respond to messages, and in dealing with an unexpected issue, the seller's customer service was fantastic. I would definitely purchase from this seller again should the occasion arise. A five-star transaction overall.

    Essentially brand new. Still in some of the factory packaging. There was a gouge in the front of the receiver unit but that was probably from the EBay people using a box cutter when repackaging at their international hub. Everything worked properly. Package was shipped promptly by seller. Accurate description from the seller. I would suggest, when selling to Canadian addresses the seller should use their own direct shipping method and avoid the eBay hub, faster and cheaper for everyone.
