One of the figures legs was broken off and the foot on the other leg of the figure was broken off in the shoe with shattered pieces . I have contacted the seller requesting a refund, but the seller only offered a repair. I responded that I still want a full refund. This was to be a gift and it has turned into chaos, I just want to get my money back. A repair is not what I paid for. I am awaiting a 2nd response.
