The packaging should be better - it arrived with a dented crown but thankfully recovered easily, though that result can hardly be assured in every case due to unreliable shipping - but this is a highly recommended seller whose offerings I'm sure going to revisit again!

This seller only shipped the adult caps with the tracking number for both orders. This tracking number says delivered and yes it was . The problem is that there are 8 items missing from this delivery! The order for the youth caps was a separate transaction from the order for the adult caps!!! I understand that shipments may fd combined, in that case there should have been 11 items in this package!!!

I'm only 1.5 hours from Torrance so it shouldn't have taken this long to ship. I'm not blaming this on the seller! I will buy again! And for the price, this is a very high quality item in my opinion. Looks great when worn Shipping is slow though and if you message the seller they act kinda snotty. Well worth the price but the seller seems to act a little superior over you even if you are just wondering why it’s taking 3 weeks to get a package. I’m still going to give them 5 stars but they are kind of a “Richard”

The seller is incredibly hard and frustrating to talk to IF you can even get them to read or reply to your concerns. Seller has been rude in my prior purchase, sent half orders, sent colors I didn’t order, or just didn’t sent them at all. The hats I did get were sent in a plastic bag through USPS pretty smashed. Value isn’t worth dealing with the seller.
