It seems the standard packaging wasn't quite enough for a piece of this height. However, Kathy from customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. She is working directly with the shipping department to create a custom packaging solution for the replacement. Everything was packaged great and securely and got to me unbroken. I am an avid Disney collector and this seller was great at helping me get the right piece to add to my collection. They sent me instructions on how to return and I sent back the item. A few days later I received my refund. The items were packaged well when I received them and the items were shipped quickly.
