The packing was incredible! I always worry when I order china that has to be shipped, but these folks do a fabulous job. When I placed the order they sent me a note letting me know they received it and would be shipping the next business day. They were so prompt. The dinner plates were as described and I was pleased with the value. I highly recommend this vendor!
