When I tested the original TV/DVD before dispatch, I found the DVD part was faulty and couldn’t repair it. Rather than send something not working as described, I contacted the buyer straight away and offered a 50% discount on any other item. The buyer then purchased another TV from me (which I’m not sure if she realised), which I shipped promptly.
