First, when they went out of town, they notified me delivery would be held up for a few days, so I wasn't left hanging why hasn't it shipped. The second when it was discovered the book was unavailable, they refunded my money in a timely fashion. I appreciate that kind of customer service.

Books are covered in a plastic transparant dustjacket. Shipment of the books was swift and in a sturdy parcel, in which the items were well wrapped in protective materials. Even though one of the delivered books was a different volume than the one ordered, the seller was prompt to come up with a satisfying solution.
