I'm wearing it over my unders with jogging pants around the house to start. It has a small thick pillow which goes directly over the hernia helping push it back into place. Mostly I feel the hernia more when I'm sitting and this takes away the discomfort. Look...if you have a hernia it's a small price to pay. The plan for me is simple. I'm 70 and want to die never having an operation. This is really comfortable..Yep!
