The issue was ten days had passed, with the site saying it had been shipped yet the USPS didn't have the product, or at least according to the USPS. I emailed the shipper and within one more day the USPS had the product and in a few days I had it. So who is to blame is anyones guess. I abhor the USPS forshipping. I have had more than my share of their "don't give a dame" aditude. UPS and FedX are far better, deliver to your front door
