They said eBay wouldn’t let them send the correct item but as a seller myself I know that is false. I sent official eBay guidelines and they still refused to send the item. They gave me a full refund which I greatly appreciate and they apologized however I’m still going to leave a neutral review. Neither good nor bad experience, just want the item I paid for originally.

Unfortunately the item got damaged in the process but the seller was incredibly prompt and professional and tried to see if they could get another one but unfortunately could not. They issued me a refund right away due to the circumstances without my even asking.
