Could not ask for a nicer item. The customer service was brilliant as first order was too big ( which may have been my interpretation of the sizing ). However responses and advice regards to sizing were prompt and helpful and communication was very good indeed. Highly recommended and will be a returning customer for sure .

I ordered a size to small , I contacted them , they replied within 24 hrs , it was returned and a new one a size larger was with me within the week , they even arranged postage for a day I was home . The seller behaved in a professional manner throughout and kept me informed .The goods finally arrived 14 February and were well packed. The leather is soft and flexible and the coat is in good condition, fits well and looks good. I normally take size 2XL but ordered this coat in 3XL so it fits well over winter wear.
