They didn’t. I finally reached out to the seller and wanted to change the design. They were very responsive. Changed the drawing sent it all back within an hour. Great communication. Shipping was super fast . Did not expect that. Great eBay seller. Really nice product. I asked to have him accept a return. He said he is from China and I couldn't send it back so he asked me to cut it into pieces and send him a picture. I did exactly as he asked then threw the item away. When I asked for my refund he sent me a return slip to mail the item back. Then asked for more pictures?!
