He replied 12/6/23 that brackets sent out on 12/4/23 and that he did not have the retention screw. Went to check mail on 12/7/23 and found a postage due notice for $4.59 for an envelope from seller! I assumed that once I paid for postage and left the post office, that was that. Once I saw the message, I offered to pay him for the postage due charge right away. Customer refused stating no need.
