This was the second one they shipped to me trying to fix the problem. The first one was a chipped binding from the shipping damage so they sent the second one that was chipped on the head from a piece of wood that I was able to glue back. The customer service was very good the only problem was the shipper kept damaging the product. Item was as described shipping price was fair and value was good. The strat body is a very, very beautiful blue and looks to be well made by fender. Thanks for selling.
