There was a problem with shipping after USPS received the item- wrong tracking number and ended up lost for a while. The seller assured me that they were working on it and that if I did not receive the item, they would make it right. Item was eventually received. Seller maintained excellent communication and thanks to safe packaging, the the item arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again! A+++

The tracking number provided was re-used by the company somehow and so my package was marked delivered in another location. On eBay, my purchase was complete, yet I had no item. I had to request a refund which eBay stepped in and refunded my money. 30 days later the package arrived. I waited to leave this feedback in case it did. They assured me it would arrive tho tracking said otherwise, and they were truthful. I paid them back.
