I contacted him and he was polite and eager to walk me threw to make sure it was the unit that was faulty. After deeming it as faulty, he had a different unit ship less than 15 minutes after our conversation. Free of charge! Received excellent again and works perfect after install. He went above and beyond to take care of me. And he landed a loyal customer for sure !!!

By doing this i feel it is more accurate to receive the exact item you’re looking at. I received an OEM slightly used cup holder. I made a request as well which was 100% fulfilled. The cup holder is in great condition and came really really well wrapped for shipping protection. I will definitely be ordering from this seller in the future.
