I contacted the seller who offered me a replacement or refund I had a replacement delivered in a few days. Excellent service.

Unfortunately I pay double because my previous delivery of the same item I didn't recived. The item was delivered by another company not by Royal Mail. Thank you very much. The item looks amazing and is easy to use. Is a very good remote control according quality and price. I track the delivery like the previous one and I recived promptly. Thank you ebay, I was so close to cancel my account.
