The customs rejected back to his country without letting me know. I asked only half of the money as refund because I know he spent half of the money for shipping me. He did insist that he was gonna give me a full refund as I had no fault in it. I insisted back for half,cus that he also had no fault in it. But he went ahead and gave me full refund immidiately. I don't know what to say.Thanks!

Wait time was ridiculous, when I received the ginger, (I think that’s what it was…it looked and smelled worse than dog feces. I tried to tell the seller repeatedly…asked him for a refund, and he said he would refund me, and then he went silent. No reply, no refund, no nothing.
