This vendor offered spontaneous excellent advice on my furnace issue, very helpful in getting my system up and running. Local shop advised me that the issue was the furnace control board, I think mainly trying to get me to commit to a new $20,000 system. Trusted HVAC Supply described the failure symptoms my system was having and gave me advice that helped me fix the system. The issue was the flame sensor, a $9 part. Thanks, Trusted HVAC Supply

They asked me questions to see if the part I was purchasing was the issue! The product was packaged in three boxes in a sealed bag. The care to protect the shipment was amazing. The product looked like new and works like new! They also offer follow up and tech support. They will now be the first company I look for my HVAC parts. I can’t say enough good things.
