The product that was shipped was not the same product in the listing title or listing description. The item I received was a lower tier model. After I looked very carefully again at the listing I noticed some of the pictures had the item that was listed. Sell very misleading. I communicated this with the seller and they gave me a partial refund.

Seller was responsive. I just moved, and I forgot to update my shipping address to denote my new address. Immediately after placing the order, I realized the shipping address was the old one. I reached out right after, requesting a cancellation, letting them know I will re-order as soon as it was cancelled, w/the correct shipping address. The seller was able to accomodate my request and I got my perfume. So appreciative.
