    This is a wonderful seller!!! I received this item on time and in new condition, the only issue was that it did not fit my car (could happen to any of us). BUT, the seller, Gary, actually phoned me when I messaged to let them know. He asked to check a few details and was very apologetic. Even better, Gary actually found aa seller who had the exact item I needed and sent me a link. He arranged for a return and refund of my purchase. I have nothing but admiration and respect for Gary!

    Well it was late and I requested a refund because tracking was stalled for some reason. The seller refunded promptly eventhough it was the postal services error. Then the package arrives 16 days after it was shipped. So while It was delayed it was taken care of promptly by the shipper. Things happen so it was a understandable situation .Great shipper I'd buy again in a time of need.
