    Product arrived on time and in good condition just as described. Activation does not work, so contact Adobe customer service and explain that not having activation servers, automated telephone lines or customer support capabilities is probably professional negligence and constitutes malpractice. Don't accept subscription. Have them elevate the case. When they finally say there's nothing they can do, tell them you'll have a lawyer contact their corporate offices. They corrected 2 days later.

    The seller was attentive to buyer and tried to fulfil my request, by using some extra bubble wraps on the parcel. Despite of the effort, the bubble wraps did not seem to help much, the box was pinched during the shipping process and ruptures can be seen on the box, I am kind of disheartened, as I am buying this for my dad's collection. This box is getting scarce nowadays.
