    My product was shipped on time, but unfortunately USPS lost the package and I’m still waiting for it 2 weeks later. They replied quickly when I asked where my product was, and they issued a refund that they promised if it wasn’t here by a certain date. I have to give 5-stars just for the great customer service they showed alone.

    Came in great condition, excellently packaged with little flaws. All the parts listed were present. The keyboard and mouse included are cheap, non HP products but functional. The RTX 3080 is a powerful card, and with the ram and storage combined the value of the PC is great. Appears just like the photo (sleek HP case). Came with a huge mouse pad as well. The customer service was great, and they answered all my questions. Shipping was slow to start so the delivery was significantly delayed.

    Items received ok but both stands had been packaged poorly for overseas shipping and arrived damaged which was very disappointing after waiting a month to receive them... However the seller responded quickly and refunded in full one badly damaged stand and partially refunded the 2nd one with only cosmetic damage which was a fair resolution.
