Send UPS pick up with no time of when it was to be pickedup. Didn't send refund after 72 hrs after it was received. When contacted, asked how much refund I expected. TOTALLY not what I ordered and paid for. I contacted the vendor who apologized & said they would send me a return shipping label & issue a complete refund in a few days. Two weeks later I sent a reminder. Another two weeks later and still no response.
