I don’t like the way you ship through FedEx then they transfer to the USPS. When FedEx hands it off to the post office it takes a couple extra days. Overall I’m happy. The shipping I know now and probably won’t buy here again. I like to be able to track my shipments and in the hand off your in a limbo.

Unfortunately, it was defective and couldn't hear dial tone on other end as speaker was defective. The seller was phenomenal to work with in returning this item and refunding my money immediately. I highly recommend this seller as it was not his fault this phone had a problem. I would buy from him again as he was very prompt & understanding in taking care of this situation. Thank You

I received my package quickly and when it arrived it was packed perfectly and everything was wrapped in bubble wrap very well. When I unpackaged the item it was in perfect condition to what was pictured. I would recommend this seller and buy from them again.
