    The camera arrived promptly, very well packaged and its appearance was even better than described. However, there was a problem (difficult for the seller to identify without using the camera) which only became apparent after it had arrived. I contacted the seller who responded promptly, courteously and helpfully, and went "the extra mile" to put the matter right.
