Contacted seller who agreed to refund shipping for inconvenience. Seller said refund was sent but it never was. Contacted seller twice to follow-up but never heard back. Seller wanted me to open a ‘return’ to get shipping refund but this is a red flag because item wasnt being returned. Seller trying to violate eBay terms. Dishonest seller. Don’t recommend.
