    Very responsive seller with great communication. Item as described; open box was pretty much like new with one minor scratch that was almost invisible. Buying used from this seller makes this a great value; I'd do it again! The camera body was in great shape - high quality item. The seller shipped super fast (next day) and packaged the item very securely.     Item arrived exactly as described in fine condition. The packaging and shipping was very well done and the overall quality and appearance is exactly what I was expecting. Great value for what I paid. Additionally, I messed up and put in the wrong shipping address so I messaged the seller with the correct shipping address and they adjusted to this new address without any hiccups! A++

    Perfect "like-new" open box condition. Looks like it was never used aside from a possibly function check. Seller packaged it very well and handed it over to the carrier ahead of estimate. Unfortunately there were several days it was stuck in shipping and was delivered late. But that is no fault of the seller. When I messaged a question, the seller responded in under an hour! This is my second lens purchase from this seller and I will certainly come here for my next lens purchase!
