The shipping was extremely fast, and the price was cheaper than any other item I found. I was most pleased by how quickly they responded to messages after I accidentally purchased the wrong bag. Within minutes, they allowed me to cancel my order and refunded my money. I was so pleased with the service that I purchased a different bag from them without even bothering to look elsewhere.
