They offered different options to deal with the issue. Ultimately I chose to take a refund but the whole process (from the time I received the item until I received a refund from ebay) was less than 1 week. Vendor communication was excellent.

The box was larger than the item with only a small amount of bubble wrap on it and the shippers did their best to beat it up and the box was damaged from the inside out from pointed ends on item. Bubble wrap was damaged but not the item. I would purchase here again. Great vendor.
