I reached out after 6 days and was told they ship within a week and would be shipping “tomorrow”. They did not ship so had to reach out again at the ten day mark. No response to that inquiry. Finally shipped on day 12. It was the lack of communication and transparency. Just communicate when people take the time to wait and inquire and there would be no bad review.
