Most likely a discounted shipping program for large sellers. Ended up buying another one before this one came because with no tracking I didn't know when it would come. Then I requested a refund a few minutes later because that usually gets a vendors attention. Normal stores want the money and just go on and ship the item and send me a message letting me know something. They said not a word and just approved the refund.
