Was sent the wrong, smaller crystal glasses, but seller was very good about it, and immediately offered a refund. After thinking about it, I decided to keep them and we reached a quick agreement on a partial refund, which I was very satisfied with. I would purchase from this vendor again. Excellent communication. The quickest responses I have found of any EBAY vendor, usually responding within seconds.

It arrived a little later than expected but the tracking feature let me know where it was. This item was packed with extra care and was delivered undamaged. The description was spot on down to the measurements. It was a lot better value that some of the other Replacements web sites trying to find pieces of my grandmother’s crystal.
