  Item arrived in a reasonable time. Package was damaged during shipping and a piece was broken. The company replaced the broken piece and it was easy to repair. It was to be a gift and had to wait for the repair to give it, but can’t blame the company for this delay. All communication with the company had swift response and very polite. All and all , the item is as described and looks as it was described and pictured. I would buy from them again.

  My customized sign came out even better than I expected. I requested a very fast turn around time, and it arrived even earlier than I requested. The shipping container was very secure and the finished product was perfect. I received prompt responses, often within an hour, always within 4 hours, throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend signs_supplier and will utilize them again.

  This sign was exactly as described. The seller responded to a question very quickly. It was well packaged and did not rattle around in the box. I didn't unwrap it all the way as it's for a Christmas gift and I have to mail it out again. It is a solid unit. I think it is a good size. Not too big or small. It took about 18 days from initial order to arrival, which is not outrageous, but I'm glad I ordered it a good distance away from Christmas.
