Regarding the issue with the item you received, I want to clarify again that the product was brand new and factory sealed, which means I had no way of knowing the contents inside were incorrect. The packaging matched your order, but unfortunately, it appears there was a manufacturer error. Therefore, being I sold and shipped the item according to the packaging, I believe this negative review is unjustified.
