The tape was all over the body of the printer, and when you remove the tape, it leaves a terrible mark on the printer. I contacted the seller and sent a photo of the damage, and the seller granted me a partial refund. I was not happy, but I was satisfied. human do make mistakes Good seller. I would buy from this seller again.

I looked up the reviews on-line and they say this is a great Laser printer. It is very compact, about 2/3rds the size of a normal laser printer, and yet very reliable. 5 stars.
